WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?

We offer you the following payment options:

1. PayPal

As a member of the PayPal company, you can also pay via PayPal. To do this, you must be registered with PayPal or have an account and enter the information requested there in the order process and confirm a redirection to the PayPal payment page.

We send the order after receipt of payment.

2. Bank transfer

You can pay for your order by bank transfer. Your order will only be sent after receipt of payment. If no payment has been received within 14 days, the first reminder will be sent. Please use the following bank details for your transfer:

3. Credit card & direct debit

Payment by credit card or direct debit is processed by the service provider PayPal PLUS. A PayPal account is not required for this.

The dispatch takes place after receipt of payment.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier

is, have or has taken possession of the last goods.
